Hi there! I’m Keith (he/they). Thanks for stopping by to see what I have to offer. Simply stated, I help folks improve the most important, longest-standing relationship they will ever have. The one with themselves. This, of course, translates into better relationships with others.
My unique interests, experiences and skills have positioned me to be most helpful to you in three key areas:
Breaking free of impostor mindset and embracing authenticity
Exploring gender conditioning and making sense of gender for yourself
Identifying and healing from disenfranchised grief and ambiguous loss
In addition to coaching, I’m a writer. Both offerings are infused with and informed by my personal experience with living on both sides of the gender binary (and places in between), recovery from a constellation of addictions, and navigating life as a highly sensitive person in a world of sensory overload.
You can learn more about me and my experiences by visiting the About section of my website, checking out some of my writing, or — my personal recommendation — scheduling a free 30-45 minute chat with me by clicking the button below.
Life can feel like quite a tangle. I stand ready to help you detangle and re-root. I offer different coaching options to suit individual needs. Let’s talk to see what might best suit what you’re looking to accomplish. I coach clients remotely, via videoconference or phone from the unceded homelands of the Pocumtuc, Nipmuc and Nonotuck people in what is also known as the Connecticut River Valley of Western Massachusetts.

Testimonials
“I’ve been a coach myself for 10 years so I’m picky. Keith is one of the best coaches I have come across. Because my mind and body feels at ease and free in his presence, I am able to put together so much for myself. I can include with equal value my joy and woe - a real rarity. He employs equally well structure-holding questions and non-interventive spacious presence. I’m very grateful.”
“There is nobody I trust more with my uncomfortable emotions than somebody who has waded bravely through these waters time and time again, always reaching the other side by remaining curious and gentle. This is Keith. I feel so incredibly safe sharing even my most painful stories with him, because I know he not only understands completely; but is 100% committed to helping me move forward. Every thought-provoking question he asks is curated spontaneously and intuitively to guide me out of my own cyclical thinking and into a place of expansiveness. Coaching sessions with Keith will set you free!”
“Keith creates a very safe space to go a little further into my thoughts than I might initially feel comfortable with. I can take a knotty issue that I can’t see the end of in there and come out with some lovely, unknotted strands. As a first step to solving problems, that’s invaluable because it enables me to see more clearly what I’m dealing with. Looking at practical actions to move on then become easier because I know how things fit together. Grief often underpins those issues and this safe place is perfect to look at grief. I highly recommend Keith’s Substack post on all the little griefs in our lives.”
“My sessions with Keith are the first time I have ever truly experienced being seen and validated in the grief I have held for many years as a neurodivergent and highly sensitive person (and I’ve been in therapy for years!) His gentle curiosity, genuine caring, and deep listening create a shimmering, spacious container where I feel incredibly safe and able to access parts of myself long buried out of shame, fear, or some “unallowed” emotion. I leave our sessions feeling less alone, more aligned, and with a totally different way of relating to myself. The insights from our time together then percolate for days, weeks, and months in a way where real change — and magic — continue to happen. Keith is an extraordinary guide for anyone navigating life’s complexities. If you’re ready to be truly seen and transformed, give yourself the invaluable gift of working with him.”
